Crostine avec fromage

One of my favorite appetizer, or finger food.
So simple.

Crostini,
Fig preserve
Minced shallots
and a nice variety of creamy and strong character cheeses.

Just toast the crostini bread, or any bread that you have, even a french baguette toasted on butter will be fine.
Add a little spoon of jelly or jam on top of it, trow in a couple of minced shallots if you so wish
underneath it.
Spread a piece of cheese on top.
And pair it with a nice Rose bubbly or a nice glass of riesling wine.

Torradinhas, jeleia de figo, pessego ou a que voce tiver em casa.
Se ai conseguir um pouco de "shallots" voce poe um pouquinho junto da geleia em cima do pao.
Ai, ponha uma fatia do queijo de preferencia bem variado, de cabra, roquefort, tambem o que voce tiver em casa, de preferencia, um cheio de caracter.
Sirva com uma champagne rose ou um bom espumante, da legal tambem com um Reisling Alemao.
